Report publication
A complete report with a valid campus token becomes visible as an Uncorroborated community report. Ordinary reports do not wait for administrator approval.

The system records community allegations and responses. It does not secretly decide truth.
Name publication
The reported name remains hidden until there are three qualifying reports from distinct anonymous origins. At the third report, the name and official public source appear automatically. Administrators cannot publish a name, delay it, or override the threshold.
Evidence
Supporting images remain private. Public pages state whether evidence was submitted, not whether the allegation has been proven.
Community flags
Qualifying flags add a visible warning. They do not prove that a report is false and do not normally remove it.
Right of reply
Reported people and institutions can submit a response, dispute identity, add official sources, and document action taken. After identity verification, the response appears publicly beneath the report and the community can assess it as reasonable or unreasonable.
Accountability Index
Profiles are ordered by qualifying-report count and unresolved duration. Before the three-report threshold, the index shows the position, institution, and progress toward public naming without showing the name. Position never establishes guilt.
